The type of clothing is very important when you are staying in natural environment. Cotton clothes are suitable for summer camping and woolen or synthetic clothes for winter campers. Food rich in carbohydrates is recommended as it provides energy and helps to keep your body warm. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
